Our Founding Background

The inspiration for PremierConnect AI didn't come from a boardroom or business school - it came from watching my mother struggle with the same problem that plagues every local business in America.

My name is Demetri Panagiotou, and I grew up observing my mother build Alford Optical, a mobile optical business. As an entrepreneurial optician, she poured her heart into providing exceptional eye care to our community. But there was one problem that never went away:

The Monday Morning Avalanche.

Every Monday, her voicemail was flooded with weekend calls. Patients needing to schedule for eyewear fittings and adjustments. Insurance questions that couldn't wait. Appointment requests that had already been filled by competitors who answered their phones.

She'd spend the entire week playing catch-up, and so would her revenue.

With my background in Cybersecurity and self-taught mastery of AI automation, I knew there had to be a better way. I decided to solve this problem once and for all.

I built the first version of PremierConnect AI specifically for Alford Optical.
