2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our Services.

3. Service Use & Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information during onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, FTC).
• PremierConnect AI is not liable for misuse or misconfiguration of automation tools.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and documentation belong to PremierConnect AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for internal business use only.

5. Payments, Billing & Trials

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
• Trials convert to paid plans if not canceled before expiration.
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].

7. Limitation of Liability

PremierConnect AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PremierConnect AI and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Services.

10. Data Handling & Compliance

We maintain appropriate safeguards for data processed through our systems. PremierConnect AI is not a HIPAA-covered entity; clients are responsible for their own compliance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
