What we do, in order
- Baseline audit. We ask the four major AI assistants the questions your buyers ask and record who gets named. You see it before you pay anything.
- Make the site readable. AI crawlers allowed, main text in the page HTML, business markup with your real name and contact details, a sitemap, and an llms.txt file. Usually about an hour.
- Answer the questions you are missing. A plain answer to each missed question, in the question's own words, with the service and city named. Price questions get a real answer, because "call for a quote" never gets quoted.
- Same identity everywhere. Your name, address and phone match on your site, Google, and every directory. Mismatches make AI unsure you are one business.
- Be where AI looks. The audit shows which sites the assistants quoted. We get you listed or mentioned there first.
How we measure it
The same questions, asked to the same four assistants, two to four weeks after the fixes go live. You see who named you, at what position, and which sources they used. We count what moved and do not round up. Whatever is still missed becomes the next round.

Site fixes can be checked the same day. Being named in AI answers takes longer, because the assistants answer from search indexes and new pages take two to four weeks to get crawled. We re-test at that point with the same questions.
